Wix Billing for Site Plans

Transactions can be declined for many reasons. Your card may have expired, or your card may not be set up for recurring payments, for example. Your bank or payment service provider can help you to learn more. To help ensure successful payments, you can update your payment method in your Wix account at any time.

With most yearly site plans, you are eligible to receive a  free domain voucher. If you didn't receive the voucher, or believe it wasn't credited to your domain purchase, you may not have been eligible for one of the following reasons:

You can cancel your subscription at any time within the first 14 days and receive a full refund to your payment method. Learn more about Wix's refund policy.

To ensure that there is no interruption to your service, we attempt to process your renewal payment before your plan's expiration date. Depending on your service or subscription, you may be charged on a monthly, annual, or 2-3 year basis.

We may consolidate your recurring payments for a site plan, domain, business email, and paid apps into one charge to avoid multiple transactions. It is possible that you received a discount for your first upgrade plan purchase. Any paid service that was purchased with a discount (e.g. during a sale) renews at the standard rate.

Wix accepts a wide range of payment methods, including major cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners. Other payment methods may also be available depending on where you are located.
