Choosing a Premium Plan

If you’re looking to establish a basic online presence and want a simple, attractive site without Wix branding, the Light plan is ideal for you. It allows for a custom domain and provides essential features to get you started.

If you need robust business features like eCommerce capabilities and payment processing, consider the Core or Business plans. These plans include a custom domain and a suite of marketing tools to help you effectively manage and grow your online business.

For high-traffic businesses that need custom functionality and scalability, the Business Elite plan is the best choice. It offers advanced capabilities, supports multiple sites in various languages and currencies, and includes access to custom API solutions for enhanced performance.

Since different plans offer different features, it's possible that you're trying to use a feature that's not included in your plan. For example, if you purchased the Light plan, you won't be able to accept payments through your site. Go to  Premium Subscriptions to check which plan you purchased.

Another possibility is that you upgraded the wrong site. Site plans are valid for a single site only. However, if you upgraded the wrong site, you can easily reassign the plan to the correct one.

Free Wix sites offer access to most, but not all, Wix products. Some products, such as Velo by Wix, provide a limited degree of access. Learn more about using Velo with a free Wix site. 

Selected yearly or multi-year plans come with a 1 Year Free Domain voucher. You can choose your own domain name with suffixes such as .com, .net, and .org, among others. You can find your available vouchers in your Premium Vouchers page. 

Notes:

Once you have your own domain, you can purchase a Google Workspace plan to get a custom email address, such as info@mystunningwebsite.com. The Google Workspace plans include access to Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets and Slides.

To view your billing information and history, sign into your Wix account and go to  Premium Subscriptions.

Wix accepts a wide range of payment methods, including major cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners. Other payment methods may also be available depending on where you are located.
