Your upgraded site plan includes a certain number of messages per month. To send more messages, purchase a Wix Messaging plan. This is a standalone plan that works by "boosting" the number of messages in your plan.
Before you begin:
- You need to upgrade your site to start using Wix Messaging.
- Currently, Wix Messaging allows you to send pre-installed texts for Wix Bookings, Wix Table Reservations, and Wix Restaurants Orders (New). You can't create your own automations or compose your own messages.
Purchasing a Wix Messaging plan
You can purchase or upgrade an existing Wix Messaging plan from your site's dashboard.
To purchase a Wix Messaging plan:
- Go to Messaging Settings in your site's dashboard.
- Click Get More Texts.
- Click Select under the plan you would like to purchase:
- Lite: 100 monthly texts
- Starter: 500 monthly texts
- Essentials: 1,000 monthly texts
- Professional: 2,500 monthly texts
- Advanced: 7,500 monthly texts Note: At this time, the Advanced plan is the largest plan we offer, but if your business requires more texts, you can request it.
- Enter your payment details and click Submit Purchase.
Important:
After submitting your purchase, your bank may require you to verify your identity. If you're experiencing any issues with the authentication process, contact your bank directly.
Upgrading your site
Each of our plans includes a certain number of messages per month. See below how many monthly messages you'll receive if you choose to upgrade your site.
Note:
If you need additional messages but don't want to change your site's plan, you can purchase a Wix Messaging plan.
