Wix SMS: Upgrading Wix SMS
Your Business and eCommerce Premium plan includes a certain number of SMS messages per month. To send more messages, purchase a Wix SMS plan. This is a standalone plan that works by "boosting" the number of messages in your Premium plan.
Before you begin:
- Wix SMS is only available to Wix users in Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. It is not yet available to all users in these countries.
- You need a Business and eCommerce Premium plan to use Wix SMS.
- Currently, Wix SMS allows you to send pre-installed Bookings and Restaurants texts. You can't create your own automations or compose your own messages.
To purchase a Wix SMS plan:
- Go to SMS Settings in your dashboard.
- Click Get More Texts.
- Click Select under the plan you would like to purchase:
- Starter: 500 monthly texts
- Essentials: 1,000 monthly texts
- Professional: 2,500 monthly texts
Note: At this time, the Professional plan is the largest plan we offer, but if your business requires more texts, you can request it.
- Enter your payment details and click Submit Purchase.
Important:
After submitting your purchase, your bank may require you to verify your identity. If you're experiencing any issues with the authentication process, contact your bank directly.
