Make sure your members know when their bookings are taking place by sending them SMS (text message) reminders. These messages arrive 24 hours before a session starts.

Enabling SMS reminders
You enable reminders from the business settings section of your site's dashboard. This is a great way to provide better customer service and make sure clients never miss a session. The SMS reminders are automatically sent 24 hours before a session takes place.
Important:
- You need to upgrade to a Business Premium plan in order to send SMS reminders.
- SMS Reminders must comply with the Wix SMS terms of use.
To enable SMS reminders:
- Go to Booking Settings in your site's dashboard.
- Click Emails & SMS Reminders under Notifications & communication.
- Enable the Session Reminders toggle.
- (Optional) Click View to preview the message your members receive.
