Wix Forms: Managing Your Form Fields

Customize the fields inside your site and standalone forms to make sure they work for your business and are collecting the right information. Click into any form on your site to manage its fields, or navigate to your Forms dashboard to edit standalone forms.

Managing your site form fields
Gather the best information from site visitors by adding and editing your form fields. All edits to site forms are done in the Editor.
Notes:
- The order of fields in the submissions table is based on the order they appear in the site form. If you want to reorder the fields in the table, go to your Editor and update the position of fields in the relevant form. Then publish your site.
- Field titles can only be in one language.
To manage your site form fields:
- Go to your Editor and click the site form you want to manage.
- Choose what you want to do:
Add a new field
Edit a field
Change the design of a field
Delete a field

Note:
Publish your site for the form changes to go live.
Managing your standalone form fields
Edit, remove or duplicate fields in your standalone form in the Forms section of your dashboard.
To manage your standalone form fields:
- Go to Forms in your site's dashboard.
- Scroll down to Your Standalone Forms and click Edit next to the form you want to manage.
- Choose what you want to do:
Add a new field
Edit a field
Add description text above or below a field
Reorder a field
Make a field required
Duplicate a field
Delete a field
