Since several factors can determine when your clients can book an appointment, it's important to make sure you configure your availability correctly.

What factors affect appointment availability

Here is a list of the main factors which affect if you or your staff are available to accept appointments. 
Note:
If your service uses variable time lengths, available slots are calculated based on your default work hours and time slot settings, not on the exact time a staff member becomes free. For example, if your business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and your time slots are set to every 30 minutes, the next available slot follows that pattern even if a previous appointment ends at 9:40 AM.
