Wix Bookings: Limiting the Booking Window

3 min read
Set limits on exactly how far in advance and how close to your sessions clients can book. This helps you avoid double-bookings or putting your staff under pressure.
Applying limits to your booking window affects the availability of your other appointments, classes, and courses.
Let's look at an example: You limit the booking window to seven days in advance but not less than 48 hours before the session. If a client tries to book 6 weeks in advance, they see a message explaining when the session can be booked.

If they try to book a few hours before the session is supposed to start, they won't find any available times.
