If you have a large amount of content to show on such data-bound elements, it is recommended to limit the amount of items that are loaded at once, and add a “Load More” button or a pagination bar, which will load one batch of such items at a time. A good practice would be to show up to 10 items with every new load.

You may require your repeaters to contain a lot of content, or be connected to a large collection. If this is the case, we recommend using a deferred dataset. These datasets load the connected content only after the rest of the page loads, which can improve your site's performance. Learn more

If you have content in your collection that is not needed on your page, you can stop it from being displayed. To do this, add a filter to the dataset and choose what content to display.
