Customize and set up your form to collect any type of information from your site visitors.

Settings
Add your email to get notified after each form submission, view and manage your submission tables and add labels to your form submissions.
- Enter the name of your form under What is the name of this form?. A label with your Wix Forms name is also added to your Contact List when a user submits a form. It is for your information only.
- Set up your form using the options below:
- Email Notifications: Add 2 email addresses to receive a notification for each form submission. The email addresses are not visible on your site or to your site visitors.
- Submissions Table: View all the form submissions in one place.
- Form Submission Limit: Control how many times your form can be submitted by setting a submission limit, whether by total number or a specific date and time.
- Autofill Form Info: Let members submit forms faster by automatically filling in their email address when they're logged in.
- Subscriber Double Opt-in: Ask new subscribers to verify their email address.
Submit Message
Customize what happens when visitors submit a form on your site.

- Show success message: Display a success message on the page.
- What's the message?: Enter the text that appears after someone submits the form.
- How long should the message show after submission: Choose how long the success message stays visible:
- Set time: Drag the How long does it show? (secs) slider to choose how many seconds the message appears.
- Always: Keep the message visible while visitors stay on the page.
- Go to site page or popup: Redirect visitors to another page on your site or open a popup.
- Link to external URL: Redirect visitors to an external web address.
- Show link to file download: Show a link so visitors can download a file after submitting a form.
Payment
Turn your form into a payment form so your visitors can pay for the product or service you offer when they submit a form.
Conditions
Conditions improve the way you collect form information based on your visitor responses.
Your visitor's input in one field in the form can determine if another field should be shown, hidden, required or optional.
For example, you can make the Email field optional if your visitor has already filled in their phone number.
Contacts
Choose how the information collected from your form is saved in your Contact List.
- Choose Fields: Click to sync your form fields with your Contact List.
- Contact Labels: Select the labels you want to apply to submissions from this form. This helps you filter your contacts by specific labels.
Automations
Create automated responses for when visitors submit a form.
- Use the recommended automations to get started:
- Send a thank you email: Click Create to send an automatic thank you email to visitors who submit the form.
- Create a new task: Click Create to add a task to your workflow whenever someone submits the form.
- Send a chat message: Click Create to send an automatic chat message after a form is submitted.
- Click View Your Automations to see and manage all the automations connected to your site.
Email Marketing
Connect with your audience by sending newsletters, promotions, and updates. Choose a template, create your message, and keep visitors engaged with personalized emails.
For example, you can send a special offer to new subscribers or share your latest news.

Tip:
Send yourself a message from your form on your live site to make sure that it is working and you receive an email. For each form submitted, you receive an email from no-reply@crm.wix.com and a notification in your Wix Inbox. If you cannot see the emails, please check your spam folder.
