Creating Contact Labels

Note:
The following feature replaces Groups. Contacts previously placed in a group will now appear under that label.
Labels help you group contacts based on their relationship with you and your business, for example, leads, customers and service providers. You can use labels to filter your Contact List, send email marketing campaigns to multiple contacts at once and more.

To create a contact label:

  1. Go to your Contact List.
  2. Click More Actions at the top right.
  3. Click Manage labels.
  4. Click + Add Label.
  5. Enter the name of the label.
  6. Click the checkmark.
  7. Click Done.
Tip:
After creating a label, you can assign it to the relevant contacts in your Contact list.
