Wix Stores: Creating Exclusive Store Pages for Site Members

Reward your site members by offering exclusive deals just for them. You can allow access to all site members or only to those who know the page's password. 

Step 1 | Add a Members Area to your site

The Wix Members Area allows customers to sign up and log in to your site.
Having a Members Area means customers can view past purchases, access information about present purchases, save their details for express checkout, and more. 
When you add Wix Stores to your site, it comes with a Members Area. If you deleted it, you can re-add it.

Step 2 | Add a private page to your site

When site visitor click to go to a private page that is restricted to site members, they are prompted to sign up and log in. If you restricted the page to password holders, they are prompted to enter the password.

To add a private page in the Wix Editor:

  1. Create a new site page.  Learn how to add a page
  2. Click Pages & Menu on the left side of the Editor.
  3. Click the More Actions icon  next to the page you created. 
  4. Click Settings.
  5. Click the Permissions tab.
  6. Select who has access to the page:
    • Password holders:
      1. Click Password Holders.
      2. Enter a password. 
    • Members:
      1. Click Members Only.
      2. Select All members.
Tip:
You can also select the Only selected members or paying customers option, and then limit access to select a role you created or to clients who have purchased a pricing plan

To add a private page in Editor X:

  1. Create a new site page.  Learn how to add a page
  2. Click the Pages iconat the top bar of Editor X.
  3. Click the More Actions  icon  next to the the page you created.
  4. Click Settings.
  5. Click the Permissions tab.
  6. Select who has access to the page:
    • Password holders:
      1. Click Password Holders.
      2. Enter a password.
    • Members:
      1. Click Members Only.
      2. Select All members. 

Step 3 | Add Products to the new page

Now add a product gallery to the new page and create a category with the products you want to display there. 
Tip:
If you want to sell the same products you sell on public pages - but at different prices - you can duplicate your existing products and save them with a different name and price.

Step 4 | (Optional) Hide the Page from Your Site Menu

If you don't want site visitors to see that there is a page they can't access, you can hide if from your site menu.
