Wix offers 2 products that you can use to send messages to your customers:
- Wix Messaging automatically sends pre-installed messages. For example, it sends reminders to your Wix Bookings customers, confirmation messages to your Wix Table Reservations customers, or order updates to your Wix Restaurants Orders (New) customers.
- Wix Business Phone Number can be used for both phone calls and messages. The messages that you send are composed and sent by you.
With both Wix Messaging and Business Phone Number, your messages (and calls) come from your own dedicated phone number. You choose a number for your Wix Messaging and a number for your Business Phone Number when you set these up.
