Wix SMS: Sending Texts via Wix SMS vs. Wix Business Phone Number

Important:
- Wix SMS is only available to Wix users in Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. It is not yet available to all users in these countries. You need a Business and eCommerce Premium plan to use Wix SMS.
- Business Phone Number is only available to Wix users in Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. You need to purchase a business number to use Business Phone Number.
Wix offers two products that you can use to send SMS (text) messages to your customers:
- Wix SMS automatically sends pre-installed reminder texts to your Wix Bookings customers or confirmation texts to your Wix Restaurants customers.
- Wix Business Phone Number can be used for both phone calls and texts. The texts that you send are composed and sent by you.
With both Wix SMS and Business Phone Number, your texts (and calls) come from your own dedicated phone number. You choose a number for your Wix SMS and a number for your Business Phone Number when you set these up.
