Business Phone Number: Upgrading Your Plan
A dedicated business phone number helps you keep your personal and work communications separate. Select a plan that offers the features that fit your business needs. The upgrade takes effect immediately, so you can make changes to your existing plan anytime.
Important:
Starting June 4, 2025, Business Phone Number will no longer be available for purchase on new sites. If you have an active subscription, or had one in the past, you will still be able to use it and renew the subscription as usual. For an alternative solution,

To upgrade your Business Phone Number:
- Go to Business Phone Number in your site's dashboard to access your settings.
- Click Upgrade Phone Plan in the Automations tab.
Note: You can also upgrade your plan from the Call Agents tab. - Choose a subscription period:
- Billed Yearly: You are billed on a yearly basis.
- Billed Monthly: You are charged once a month, for the entire month.
- Click Select under the plan you want.
- Enter your payment details.
- (Optional) Enter promo code if you have one.
- Click Submit Purchase.
Note:
Currently, the packages available for purchasing in the US and Canada are
Local Basic,
Local Plus, and
Local Premiere.
