Business Phone Number: Upgrading Your Plan

You can make changes to your existing phone plan at anytime. Select a plan that offers the features that fit your business needs. The upgrade takes effect immediately.

To upgrade your Business Phone Number:
- Go to Business Phone Number in your site's dashboard to access your settings.
- Click Upgrade Your Phone Plan under Call Forwarding.
- Choose a subscription period:
- Billed Yearly: You are billed on a yearly basis.
- Billed Monthly: You are charged once a month, for the entire month.
- Click Select under the plan you want.
- Enter your payment details.
- (Optional) Enter promo code if you have one.
- Click Submit Purchase.
