Business Phone Number: Upgrading Your Plan

A dedicated business phone number helps you keep your personal and work communications separate. Select a plan that offers the features that fit your business needs. The upgrade takes effect immediately, so you can make changes to your existing plan anytime.
Note:
If you have not already done so, get a dedicated business phone number.
View your Business Phone Number settings.

To upgrade your Business Phone Number:

  1. Go to Business Phone Number in your site's dashboard to access your settings.
  2. Click Upgrade Phone Plan in the Automations tab.

    Note: You can also upgrade your plan from the Call Agents tab.
  3. Choose a subscription period:
    • Billed Yearly: You are billed on a yearly basis. 
    • Billed Monthly: You are charged once a month, for the entire month.
  4. Click Select under the plan you want.
  5. Enter your payment details.
  6. (Optional) Enter promo code if you have one.
  7. Click Submit Purchase.
Note:
Currently, the packages available for purchasing in the US and Canada are Local Basic, Local Plus, and Local Premiere.
