Downloading & Subscribing to Wix Analytics Reports

To share your Wix Analytics insights you can download your report data for use in spreadsheets. You can also subscribe to reports which will be emailed to you at a frequency of your choice.

How to find your reports
Downloading a Wix Analytics Report
You can download Wix Analytics Reports to import your data into a spreadsheet or database.
To download a report:
- Open the report you want to download.
- Click Report Actions.
- Select Download from the dropdown list.
- Choose your file format (CSV, Excel, or PNG)
- Click Download.
Subscribing to a Wix Analytics Report
You can subscribe to have your reports emailed to you at a frequency of your choice.
To subscribe to a report:
- Open the report you want to subscribe to.
- Click Report Actions.
- In the popup window:
- Choose how to view your schedule.
- Choose the frequency, day of the week, and hour for your report to be emailed.
- Add an email subject line.
- Add a description of the report.
- Click Save.
You will receive your scheduled reports directly to your email according to your chosen frequency.
Editing a Report Subscription
If you need to, you can edit the frequency, day, and time you receive your emailed report.
To edit your subscription:
- Open the report you want to subscribe to.
- Click Report Actions.
- Click Edit Subscription
- In the popup window:
- Choose how to view your schedule.
- Choose the frequency, day of the week, and hour for your report to be emailed.
- Add an email subject line.
- Add a description of the report.
- Click Save.
Unsubscribing from a Report
If you no longer wish to receive your reports by email, you can unsubscribe.
To unsubscribe from a report:
- Open the report you want to subscribe to.
- Click Report Actions.
- Click Edit Subscription
- In the popup window click Unsubscribe.
- Click Unsubscribe to confirm.
