Wix Analytics: Downloading & Subscribing to Wix Analytics Reports

Wix Analytics lets you download and subscribe to reports for easy access to your site's performance. Download reports to review your data offline and easily share it with others. Subscribe to reports to automatically receive report data without manually checking your dashboard.

Downloading a report

Download your Wix Analytics reports to your computer for offline review or sharing. You can choose from various file formats like Excel, CSV, or Image (PNG).

To download a report:

  1. Go to All Reports in your site's dashboard.
  2. Select a report.
  3. Select a file format (Excel, CSV, or Image) from the Download drop-down at the top right.

Subscribing to a report

Set up automatic email delivery for your reports to stay updated without having to manually check your dashboard. Customize your subscription settings, including the report format, frequency, and delivery time.

To subscribe to a report:

  1. Go to All Reports in your site's dashboard.
  2. Select a report.
  3. Click Subscribe.
  4. Customize the report:
    1. Choose how to view your schedule (e.g. line chart, table).
    2. Choose the report time period (e.g. last 7 days, last 30 days).
    3. Select the attachment type (CSV, Excel, None).
    4. Choose the frequency, day of the week, and hour for your report to be emailed.
    5. Add an email subject line.
    6. Add a description of the report.
  5. Click Subscribe.

Editing a report subscription

Edit your existing report subscriptions to better match your needs. You can adjust the frequency, format, and other settings to ensure you receive the information you need.

To edit your subscription:

Wix Studio app
  1. Go to All Reports in your site's dashboard.
  2. Select a report.
  3. Click Edit Subscription.
  4. Make the relevant changes to the subscription:
    1. Choose the report time period (e.g. last 7 days, last 30 days).
    2. Select the attachment type (CSV, Excel, None).
    3. Choose the frequency, day of the week, and hour for your report to be emailed.
    4. Add an email subject line.
    5. Add a description of the report.
  5. Click Save.

Unsubscribing from a report

You can unsubscribe from a report if you no longer wish to receive the report by email. You can always go back and re-subscribe to the report.

To unsubscribe from a report:

  1. Go to All Reports in your site's dashboard.
  2. Select a report.
  3. Click Edit Subscription.
  4. Click Unsubscribe.
  5. Click Unsubscribe again to confirm.
