Google Workspace: Availability of Business Email Data Following Cancellation

When you cancel your Google Workspace business email, your subscription remains active until the next renewal date. After that date your subscription will expire and you'll no longer be able to read, receive, or send email from your account.
Note:
According to Google's Terms of Service, business email data is retained for 180 days from the expiration date. If you repurchase your business email during this time frame, your business email data will be restored.
