You can cancel your Google Workspace business email at any time. When you cancel, auto renewal is turned off and your subscription will expire at the end of the current billing period.
Your business email is not canceled immediately, and you'll still have access to your email until the end of the subscription period. If you change your mind, you can turn the auto renewal back on before the cancellation date.
Important:
We attempt to process your renewal payment up to
30 days before your plan's expiration date. If you do not want your plan to renew, make sure to turn off auto renewal before your next payment date.

Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
Canceling your business email
Cancel your Google Workspace business email from the Premium Subscriptions page of your Wix account.
To cancel your business email:
- Go to Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
- Click the More Actions icon
next to the relevant business email. - Click Cancel subscription.
- Review the information on screen and click Cancel Subscription.
- Select a reason for canceling from the options listed.
- Click Cancel Now.
