Google Workspace: Canceling Your Business Email Renewal

You can turn off auto renewal by following the same steps as canceling your business email. When you turn off auto renewal, you'll continue to have access to your business email until the end of the subscription period. 

Note: Make sure to turn auto renewal back on if you want to continue using your business email. To turn auto renewal back on, go to the Premium Subscriptions page in your Wix account, click the More Actions icon next to the subscription, and click Turn auto renew on. 

It is not possible to cancel the remaining time on your subscription instantly. When you cancel your subscription, it remains active until the end of the billing period. Google Workspace business emails purchased through Wix are non-refundable. 

If you have more than one business email, you can choose to cancel only one or some of these instead of all of them. Learn more about canceling one of your business emails.

Google Workspace business emails purchased through Wix are non-refundable. However, if you believe that you have been charged in error, you can contact Wix Customer Care.

According to Google's Terms of Service, business email data is retained for 180 days from the expiration date. 

If you repurchase your business email during this period, your business email data will be restored.

If you cancel your business email subscription, all active add-ons in your Google Workspace will also be canceled on the same day the business email expires.

You can cancel individual add-on subscriptions at any time, and this will not affect your business email subscription.
