Google Workspace: Reducing Your Yearly Business Email Users

If you have multiple Google Workspace business emails on a yearly subscription and would like to reduce your subscription by canceling (removing) one or more business email, follow the steps below.
Important:
These instructions are for reducing a yearly subscription only. Learn more about
reducing your business email users if you have a monthly subscription.
Step 1| Delete the user's business email
- Go to Business Email in your Wix account.
- Click Manage at Google next to the relevant subscription.
- Sign in to your Google Workspace account.
- From the Admin console menu, go to Directory, then Users.
- Click Remove user or Delete user for the user you want to remove.
Note: Depending on your Google account setup, you might need to confirm that you want to delete the user. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
Tip:
If the user you need to delete has a Workspace Admin status, you'll need to
revoke their Admin status before deleting their account.
