Receiving an Email Requesting Payment After Canceling a Site Plan

1 min
Possible reasons why you may receive an email from Wix requesting payment after you canceled your Premium or Studio site plan are:
  • Your plan was canceled too late: The renewal date for a yearly Premium or Studio plan is 14 days before the anniversary of the original purchase date. If you did not cancel in time, your plan may have been renewed for another year.
Tip: You can find upcoming renewals in the Next payment due column of your Premium Subscriptions page.
  • You have an outstanding invoice: It's possible that one of your previous payments was declined and therefore you still owe money on an older invoice.
If your plan was successfully canceled and you still receive emails regarding payment, contact us so we can resolve the issue.
