You can cancel your Google Workspace business email at any time by turning off the auto renewal option. This does not cancel the email immediately, rather it prevents it from renewing automatically at the end of the subscription period.
Important:
We will attempt to process your renewal payment up to 30 days before your plan's expiration date. If you do not want your plan to renew, make sure to turn off auto renewal before your next payment date.
Tip: You can see the exact date in the Next payment due section of Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
Canceling your business email
After completing these steps, you will still have access to your business email until the end of its subscription period.
To cancel your business email:
- Go to Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
- Click the More Actions icon
next to the relevant business email. - Click Cancel business email.
- Select the I still want to cancel checkbox.
- Click Cancel business email.
