Wix Stores: Managing the Wix Reviews App

Once you start receiving product reviews through the Wix Reviews app, you can manage, reply, or delete them. 

Checking and publishing pending reviews

If you chose to moderate some or all of your incoming reviews, you'll need to check them when they come in. You can decide whether you want to publish them, reply and publish, or move them to the trash.

To check pending reviews:

  1. Go to Store Product Reviews in your site's dashboard.
  2. Click the Pending tab.
  3. Select the review you want to check.
  4. Choose what you want to do:
    • Reply: Click Reply to Review, enter your comment, and click Reply.
    • Publish: Click Publish to display the review on your site.
    • Move to Trash: Click Reject to remove spam or abusive reviews. 

Removing live reviews

You may want to remove certain live reviews, for example if the review is a spam message.

To remove live reviews:

  1. Go to Settings of the Store Product Reviews in your site's dashboard.
  2. Click the Published tab.
  3. Select the review you want to check.
  4. Click Reject. 
Tip:
If you removed a review by mistake, you can go to the Rejected tab and republish it. 

Importing reviews

If you previously collected reviews for your products on another platform (e.g. Amazon) or through a different review app, you can import your reviews and display them on your site. Learn how to import your product reviews.
