Wix Smart Chat provides a customized on-site chat interface that lets site visitors engage in natural conversations with AI or with your team, access support with ease, and more. If you no longer wish to provide this service, you can delete the chat from your site.
Deleting the chat from your site will uninstall the app from your site dashboard. Even after uninstalling it, you'll still have access to all previous chats through Wix Inbox.

Deleting Wix Smart Chat from your site
To remove the Smart Chat completely, all you need to do is delete the chat widget from your editor and then publish the site.
To delete Wix Smart Chat:

Studio Editor
- Go to your editor.
- Select the chat widget in your editor.
Tip: It's usually located on the bottom right or left of the page. - Press Delete on your keyboard.
- Click Publish to make the changes go live.
