Wix Restaurants: Managing Your Menus in the Wix Menus App (New)

Change the menu's name and description, and mark it as draft. Menus marked as drafts can be edited and saved but won't show in the editor or on your site.

Duplicate your menu to create another draft of it. All menu sections and items are duplicated. If you're using Online Orders (New), modifiers, variants, tax, stock and settings are also duplicated and added to your items.

Tip: If you're using Wix Restaurant Orders (New), modifiers, variants, tax, and stock settings will also be copied.

Deleting a menu removes the menu and sections permanently, but the items remain in your Items page. If the menu used shared items, they will still appear in other menus where they are used.

For example, if you delete your "Brunch Menu", all its sections will be removed, but items like "Pancakes" or "Avocado Toast" will still be available under Items and any menus that include them.

Find the section you're looking for quicker by showing just the menu sections headers. 

When you duplicate a menu, the following elements are copied over: the menu itself, its sections, and all items (including names, descriptions, prices, and images).

You can choose how to copy the items:

Other elements, such as variants, labels, and modifiers, are not copied but shared. Any changes to these elements in the duplicated menu will also apply to the original menu.
