Wix Harmony Editor: Adding and Customizing Buttons

1. Click Customize Icon on the action bar.
2. Click the Replace icon .
3. Scroll through the available options, or filter by:
   • Type: Choose a basic vector art shape, an app icon, or an animated icon.
     Tip: If you choose an animated icon, you can adjust the duration of the animation by using the slider. Learn more about animated icons in the section below.
   • Category: Select a category for each icon type, such as actions, toggles, or social media app icons.
   • Orientation: Filter the options by horizontal or vertical icons.
4. Select a design you like and click Update.

1. Click Customize Icon on the action bar.
2. Click Animated.
3. Click Create Animated Icon.
4. Click the Add icon  under Start icon.
5. Scroll through the available options, or filter by:
   • Type: Choose a basic vector art shape, or an app icon.
   • Category: Select a category for each icon type, such as actions, toggles, or social media app icons.
   • Orientation: Filter the options by horizontal or vertical icons.
6. Select a design you like and click Update.
7. Click the Add icon  under End icon.
8. Select a design you like and click Update.
9. Click Back.
10. Use the slider under Duration to adjust the duration of the animation.
11. Hover your cursor over the icon in the panel to preview it.

1. Click Edit Text on the action bar.
2. Enter the text you want for your button into the Text field.

1. Click Button styles on the action bar.
2. Choose whether to update one of the existing styles or save it as an additional style. 

1. Click the Display elements icon on the action bar.
2. Select the check box to show or hide the text or icon from your button.

1. Click the Link icon on the action bar.
2. Click Choose a link.
3. Choose a link type from the options at the top.

1. Click the All design options icon  on the action bar.
2. Select Button under Select a part.
3. Click Fill colors.
4. Click the color circle, then choose between a color or a gradient background.

No. Currently, in the Wix Harmony Editor, buttons use 1 design across all states, so you can’t set a different color for hover or click.

We’re continuing to expand Wix Harmony’s design options. If hover or click styling is crucial for the page you’re building, use the Wix Editor or Studio Editor instead, as both support separate designing buttons for different states.

1. Click the button in your editor.
2. Click the Link icon on the action bar.
3. Click the link.
4. Click Show this PDF in Search Results.
5. Click Turn On Indexing.
