To keep your Members Area a safe space for everyone, site members can report other members for reasons like spam, hate speech and harassment. You can then choose what to do with the report - dismiss it, or block the relevant member from your Members Area.

Reviewing reports from your site's dashboard

Once a member submits a report about someone, you get notified about it via email and your site's dashboard. Head over to the member list to review the report details and decide how to proceed with that member.

To review reports from the dashboard:

Go to Site Members in your site's dashboard.
Click the Reported tab.
Click the More Actions icon next to the relevant member.
Choose what to do with this member:
- Review Reports: See the report details, including the member who submitted the report, the date and the reason, if the member specified it.
  - According to how you want to handle this report, click Block Member or Remove Reports.
- Remove Reports: Delete and dismiss the report that was submitted about this member.
- View member: Before making your decision, open the reported member's Contact Card to see more details about them.
- Block member: Block this member from your Members Area, so they can't access it nor sign up again using the same email address.

Note:

When removing a report, it gets automatically deleted with no option to see it again in the future.

Reviewing reports from the Wix app

You can use the Wix app to review reports about your members, directly from your mobile device.

To review reports from the Wix app:

Go to your site in the Wix app.
Tap Manage at the bottom.
Tap Members under Customers & Leads.
Click Reported at the top.
Click the More Actions icon next to the relevant member.
Choose what to do with this member:
- Dismiss Reports: Delete the report that was submitted about this member.
- Review Reports: See the report details, including the member who submitted the report, the date and the reason, if the member specified it.
  - According to how you want to handle this report, click Block Member or Dismiss Reports.
- Block member: Block this member from your Members Area, so they can't access it nor sign up again using the same email address.
