Sending Meeting Notifications to Your Customers

In your site's dashboard, go to Wix Meetings and click Manage. Then click Set email and SMS Automations to view your active notifications. Click the relevant tab (SMS or Emails) and enable all the notifications you want to activate. 

You can send various types of email and SMS notifications to your clients to keep them updated about their scheduled meetings. 

Note: Clients will only receive SMS notifications if their phone number in your contacts include a valid country code, and they’ve subscribed to receive SMS notifications.

Yes, the available customizations depend on the type of notification. 

Email notifications: You can add text, images, videos and more to make your emails more personalized and informative for your clients. Read more about customizing your automated Wix emails. 

SMS notifications: You can choose which SMS notification to send to clients. However, you can't edit the timing, text, or which number they come from. 

The Notify clients via SMS checkbox might be unavailable for several reasons:

SMS reminders are sent from a generic Wix number, which cannot be changed. Clients receive the SMS reminder at the phone number they enter in your meetings form.

You can now send automated emails from multiple addresses. Using multiple emails allows your emails to come from addresses associated with specific parts of your business. For example, sending one automated email from meetings@website.com and another from sales@website.com.
