Important:
We're in the process or rolling out the new receipt feature and it's currently not available to all. 
After you receive payment for an order, you have the option of issuing a receipt to give your customers an official proof of purchase.

Issuing receipts

You can generate receipts for every payment received for an order created through Wix Stores, Wix Bookings, Wix Restaurant Orders (New), or Wix Donations.
Important:
Customize your receipts before you start issuing them to make sure they show your branding and contain the details you want to include. Learn how to customize receipts.

To issue a receipt for orders:

  1. Go to Orders in your site's dashboard.
  2. Click the relevant paid order.
  3. Click the More Actions drop-down.
  4. Select Manage receipts.

  1. Click Create receipt
  2. Download, print, or email the receipt using the links at the top.
