If you receive a suspicious letter or email from another company (such as DNS Services) with an invoice for a domain you purchased with Wix, ignore it as it is a scam.
Tip:
If you don't know who your domain registrar is, you can find out by visiting the Whois Domain Lookup tool and entering your domain name to view your domain details.
To help prevent this from happening, we recommend purchasing Private Registration with your domain. This hides your address and phone number from public WHOIS directories.
