When you cancel your Google Workspace business email, your subscription remains active until the next renewal date. After that date your subscription will expire and you'll no longer be able to read, receive, or send email from your account.
Note:
Your business email data is retained in accordance with Google’s applicable terms and conditions and data retention policies. If you repurchase your business email within Google’s retention period, your business email data will be restored.
