Finding Contacts in Your Contact List

There are a few different tools you can use to find contacts in your Contact List.
Learn how to:
Searching Your Contacts
Search for contacts by name or email address using the search bar at the top right.
Note:
If you've selected a filter, you'll only be searching contacts within that filter.
To search your contacts:
- Go to your Contact List.
- Enter the contact's name or email address in the search bar.
Filtering Your Contacts
Filter your contacts to look for contacts with a specific label. This could be a label that you added manually or a predefined contact label. Learn more about filtering your Contact List.
To filter your contacts:
- Go to your Contact List.
- Click Filter at the top right and select the ways you'd like to filter your contacts from the available options.
- Click Done.
Sorting Your Contacts
Sort your contacts to arrange them alphabetically for easy browsing.
Note:
It is not possible to sort by phone number or email address of any of your custom columns.
To sort your contacts:
- Go to your Contact List.
- Click a column heading (e.g. Name). If an arrow appears beside the heading, it can be used to sort your contacts.
- Click the arrow to sort in ascending or descending order.
