Wix Bookings: Displaying Different Services on Different Pages

Display different types of services on separate pages by creating several service lists. Then choose which services you want to display in each list. This keeps your services organized and easier to book.

Adding and setting up an additional service list

Categorize different services you offer by creating another service list page. This makes it easier for your clients to find and book the service they need.

To add another service list:

  1. Go to the page where you want to display services.
  2. Go to Add Elements in your Editor:
    • Wix Editor: Click Addon the left side of the Editor.
    • Editor X: Click Add Elements  at the top bar of Editor X.
  3. Click Bookings.
  4. Click Service List then select a Service List template.

  1. Click the Service List widget in the Editor.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click the Services tab.
  4. Under How do you want to choose which services to display?, select the checkbox next to the relevant option: Choose by service category, Choose by service location, or Choose services directly.
  5. Click to select the checkbox next to the relevant categories, locations, or services you want to display. The options you see depend on your choice in step 9 above.

  1. Click Save.
  2. Click Publish when you're ready to make your changes go live. 

Setting up a page with services for site members only

Offer certain services for site members only. This is a great way to reward your regular clients. 

To set up a page with services for site members only:

  1. Hide the services from the main Book Online page:
    1. Click Pagesin your Editor. 
    2. Click Book Online in Main Pages. 
    3. Click More Actions .
    4. Click Hide from Main Menu.
  2. Click + Add Page at the bottom of the panel to add a new page.
  3. Add a Service List (see Adding and setting up an additional service list). 
  4. Click the Service List widget in the Editor.
  5. Click Settings.
  6. Click the Services tab.
  7. Select only the services that you are reserving for site members.
  8. Click Pages  on the left side of the Editor.
  9. Click the Show More icon  next to the new page.
  10. Click Settings.
  11. Click the Permissions tab.
  12. Select Members Only.
  13. Select Only selected members or paying customers.
  14. Select which Member Roles and Pricing Plans gain access to the new page.

  1. Click Save.
  2. Click Publish when you're ready to make your changes go live.
