Asked to Upgrade When You Already Have a Premium Plan

Possible reasons why you might be asked to upgrade when you've already purchased a Premium plan include:
  • You have more than one site: Premium plans are for one site only. You are welcome to have more than one site in your account, however, each site needs to have its own Premium plan.

  • You are signed in to the wrong account: Make sure you are signed in to the account which contains your Premium plan. If you are having trouble finding your account, click here.

  • You are trying to use a service not covered by your Premium plan: Wix offers both Website Plans and Business & eCommerce Plans. Make sure that you choose a plan that includes all the services that you wish to offer. If you want to accept payments on your site, you must upgrade to a Business & eCommerce Plan. Learn more.
