You can purchase your QuickBooks Online subscription directly from your site's dashboard. Once you've set up your QuickBooks account, you can sync your business data directly from your Wix site into QuickBooks using the QuickBooks Connector app.
Before you begin:
  • QuickBooks through Wix is currently available only to select users in the United States.
  • To add QuickBooks though Wix, your site must have a a Premium or Studio site plan.
  • QuickBooks plans purchased through Wix are available on a monthly billing cycle.

Purchasing a QuickBooks plan

Once you've selected the QuickBooks Online plan that's right for your business, you can purchase your plan through Wix.
  1. Go to QuickBooks Online in your site's dashboard.
  2. Click Get QuickBooks Online.

  1. Select a plan and proceed to checkout to complete the purchase.

Make sure to set up your QuickBooks Online account before downloading the QuickBooks Connector app. 

Setting up your QuickBooks account

After purchasing your QuickBooks plan, set up your QuickBooks account before connecting it to your Wix account.

To connect QuickBooks:

  1. Go to the QuickBooks welcome email in your inbox.
    Note: The email will be from the Intuit QuickBooks team, not Wix.
  2. Follow the steps in the email to set up your QuickBooks account.
  3. Download the QuickBooks Connector app from the Wix App Market and add it to your site. The app syncs directly between your site and QuickBooks account.
