Asked to Upgrade When You Already Have a Site Plan

1 min
Possible reasons why you might be asked to upgrade when you've already purchased a Premium or Studio site plan include:
  • You have more than one site: Premium or Studio plans are for one site only. You are welcome to have more than one site in your account, however, each site needs to have its own site plan to access premium Wix features, such as connecting a domain or accepting payments.

  • You are signed in to the wrong account: Make sure you are signed in to the account which contains your site plan. If you are having trouble finding your account, you can use our account recovery tool.

  • You are trying to use a service not covered by your site plan: Wix offers a range of Premium or Studio site plans. Make sure that you choose a plan that includes all the services that you wish to offer. If you want to take payments on your site, for example, you must upgrade to a plan that allows you to accept payments
