Managing Your Customer Notifications

Many Wix apps give you the ability to manage customer notifications. The notification options are different depending on the app. For example, with Wix Blog you can send customer notifications for a new post, and with Wix Stores you can send a notification for order confirmations. Your customer notifications are managed in the Notifications You Send page in Settings.
You can also choose to send the notification on different channels depending on how you want customers to receive it. The channel types include:
- Email: Customers receive an email notification
- Site Feed: Customers receive a notification on your live site. Learn more
- SMS: Customers receive a notification via a text message
- Mobile app: Customers receive a notification on the mobile app
