Wix Multilingual: Troubleshooting Subdomain Issues

Your subdomains are only created if your site is published. To publish your site click Publish at the top right of the editor.

Check that your secondary languages are set to 'visible' in the multilingual dashboard.

Your subdomains can only be connected if your site has been upgraded. To check that your site has been upgraded:

Important: Multilingual subdomains cannot be created for domains that are connected to Wix via pointing.

After connecting your domain, it takes up to 48 hours for the domain and its subdomains to propagate.
