Wix Contacts allows you to manage and organize your site visitors efficiently. Every time a visitor submits a contact form, subscribes to your newsletter, buys something from your store, or interacts with your site in various ways, they are automatically added to your Contacts with the information they provided. This means you have instant access to those interested in your business.

Go to Contacts in your site's dashboard.
Organize and manage your contacts
When you organize your contacts into the relevant groupings for you, you can send more personalized, relevant campaigns that reach the right people and drive better results.
There are three simple ways to group your contacts:
- Segments update automatically based on filters you set, so your groups always stay current.
- Labels are static tags you can add to any contact.
- Table views let you create custom lists to focus on the contacts that matter most.
You can use any or all of these groupings to manage your contacts, filter your lists, and take bulk actions like sending targeted email campaigns and more.

Grow your contacts list
The section Grow Contacts List makes it simple to import data or collect contact information directly on your website:
- Import contacts: Add existing email addresses, phone numbers, and other details to expand your list.
- Wix Forms: Integrate forms on your site to gather details from visitors and convert them into contacts.
- Wix Chat: Interact with visitors in real-time and collect info through a pre-chat form.
- Wix Members Area: Encourage visitors to sign up and become members of your site to build long-term relationships.

Tip:
To get started and unlock the full power of contacts and campaigns, start by growing your contact list. An active and growing list means every message reaches its potential.
Gain valuable insights from contact interactions
You can view all of your site's contacts in the contact list. When you select a contact, their details open in the panel on the right.
Wix saves significant data about how contacts interact with your site, such as signing up for newsletters, making purchases, or viewing specific pages. Viewing and analyzing this information in your contact panel helps you target customers who have performed specific actions. This data-driven approach allows you to tailor your marketing efforts effectively, and build stronger relationships with your audience.

Understand your customer base with segments
Contact segments help you gain insights into your customer base. Organizing your contacts into specific groups based on attributes or interactions can help you tailor your messaging and marketing campaigns. For example, you can segment customers who have spent more than $500 but haven't visited your site in the last three months. This targeted approach strengthens customer relationships and improves sales.
