Wix Restaurants Request: Refunding Customers Directly from your Dashboard

Currently, it's not possible to refund customers directly from your Wix Restaurants dashboard. To refund a customer, you have to void the transaction in the dashboard of your chosen payment provider.
Note:
If you're using Wix Payments, you can refund customers through Wix Payments.
