Wix Restaurants: Managing Restaurant Notifications in the Wix Owner App

Important:
Choose what restaurant apps you want to receive push notifications for in the Wix Owner app. You can also manage notification settings for any other apps you've installed to work with your restaurant such as Wix Invoices or Paid Plans.
Note:
You can also set your notification settings per restaurant location, if you've set up additional restaurant locations

To manage your restaurant notification settings:

  1. Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
  2. Tap your profile image at the top left.


  3. Tap Notification Settings.
  4. Select the site you want to update notification settings for.
  5. Tap the Allow Notifications toggle to enable or disable notifications:
    • Enabled: Receive push notifications from your restaurant site and any other Wix apps you have installed (e.g. Wix Invoices). You can further customize the notifications you receive by tapping the toggles below:
      • Restaurant Orders: Get notified every time you receive an order. If disabled, you will not receive a notification in the app, but you can still view the order in the Orders tab.
        Note: If you have multiple restaurant locations, enable the toggles for the locations you want to receive notifications for. 
      • Restaurant Reservations: Get notified every time you receive a reservation. If disabled, you won't get reservation notifications in the app, but can still view them in the Reservations tab.
        Note: If you have multiple restaurant locations, enable the toggles for the locations you want to receive notifications for.
    • Disabled: You won't receive any push notifications for the Wix apps you have installed.
  6. (Optional) Tap the toggles for other apps on your site to manage their notification settings.
Note:
If you have more than one site, you receive notifications only from the site that is currently open in the Wix Owner app. To switch between sites, tap the drop-down at the top.
