Wix Forms: About Your Form Submission Reports in Wix Analytics

This report reveals how users find your form, dividing their paths into 3 categories: Direct Link, Paid Search, and Organic Search.

This report breaks down the submissions by device type, visitor type, GEO location or form URL.

Note: Form Submission reports are available for new and old versions of Wix Forms. This means that those using the old version of forms will not see submission types exclusive to new Wix Forms, such as form URL.

Yes, these reports are available for both the old and new versions of Wix Forms. 

Your submission table updates live, whereas the data presented in the reports updates every few hours. 

Yes. After renaming a form, the new name gets updated in the reports the following day.

The 'Submissions by Form' and 'Form Submissions over Time' reports reflect the form names at the time each submission was made. If you rename a Wix form, only new submissions will use the new form name. Past submissions keep the old form name and are not updated retroactively.

If you want to see data for the new form name only, filter the report to a date range starting from when you changed the name. Otherwise, you will need to cross-reference the old and new form names when reviewing a report.

If you have both new and old Wix Forms on your site, Wix Analytics reports data from both of them. This means the total number of form submissions in Wix Analytics reports can be higher than what you expect or what you see in other tools, such as Google Analytics.
