Using Sofort to Purchase a Plan

From November 29th, 2024, Wix no longer accepts Sofort as a payment method for purchases. If you have used Sofort to purchase a plan in the past, your plan renewal payment will be processed using SEPA.
Sofort lets you make one-time euro payments with instant and secure bank transfers. Since Sofort can only be used for one-time payments, Wix saves your IBAN and bank details and processes all renewal payments using SEPA.
If you have used Sofort to purchase a plan in the past, your bank information will be used to automatically renew your plan. You can also choose to update your payment information if you would prefer to use a credit card, or PayPal if that option is available in your region.
Updating your payment information
You can add a debit or credit card to your Wix account at any time for future renewal payments.
To update your payment information:
- Go to Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
- Click the More Actions icon next to the relevant subscription.
- Click Update Payment Method.
- Click Use another payment method and enter your your card details.
Note: If you already have your card information saved, you can select the card from the list. - Click Update.
