Wix domain purchases are separate from Premium or Studio site plan purchases, and therefore do not have a 14-day money-back guarantee.

If you feel that you deserve a refund, contact Customer Care to tell us why and we will review your request.

Note:

If you no longer wish to keep the domain you purchased, you can cancel your subscription by turning off the auto renewal process. The domain will expire on the next renewal date.
