Online Programs: Editing Your Program from the Wix Owner App

After creating your Online Program, you can always edit its information right from the Wix Owner app. Change the program's name, description and pricing. Decide who can view and join your program, define the schedule and motivate participants by connecting a group and badges.

Editing your program's basic info in the Wix Owner app
The program information gives your participants a taste of what your program is about. Give your program a new name, add a cover image and change the description your members see.
To edit your program's basic info:
- Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
- Tap the Manage icon
. - Tap Online Programs.
- Tap the More Actions icon
next to the relevant program. - Tap Edit.
- Tap Basic Info.
- Edit the following program info:
- Cover Image: Tap the Edit icon
to add or change your program's cover image. - Program Name: Enter a new name or edit the existing one.
- Description: Change the description of what your program is about.
- Tap Edit Description.
- Enter what your program is about.
- Tap Done.
- Categories: Allow members to discover your programs by category.
- Tap Add Categories.
- Enter a category name.
- Tap Done.
- Cover Image: Tap the Edit icon
- Tap Save.
Editing your program's pricing and visibility in the Wix Owner app
Decide who can view your program and set how many people can join. You can also choose whether to charge a single payment for your program or bundle it as part of a pricing plan.
To edit your program's pricing and visibility:
- Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
- Tap the Manage icon .
- Tap Online Programs.
- Tap the More Actions icon next to the relevant program.
- Tap Edit.
- Tap Pricing & Visibility.
- Customize the settings based on the following options:
Visibility
Single Payment
Pricing Plans
Number of Participants

Editing your program's scheduling in the Wix Owner app
Define how participants complete the program. You can set a self-paced program so participants can complete steps whenever they'd like. You can also set a scheduled program so participants complete steps on specific days.
Note:
Pacing can't change once participants have joined the program.
To edit your program's scheduling:
- Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
- Tap the Manage icon .
- Tap Online Programs.
- Tap the More Actions icon next to the relevant program.
- Tap Edit.
- Tap Scheduling.
- Set the Pacing of your program:
Self-Paced
Scheduled
8. Tap Save.
Editing your program's groups and badges in the Wix Owner app
Connect a group to your program so participants have a place to discuss their progress. You can also motivate participants and give them a badge when the program ends.
To edit your program's groups and badges:
- Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
- Tap the Manage icon .
- Tap Online Programs.
- Tap the More Actions icon next to the relevant program.
- Tap Edit.
- Tap Groups & Badges.
- Connect a group and assign a reward:

6. Tap Save.
