FAQs about Google Ads with Wix Campaign Budget

Your ad credit may include your monthly subscription, any rollover ad credit from previous months, as well as any qualifying Google Ads credit applied to your account. If you pay in a supported currency (e.g. EUR, GBP, JPY, USD) the ad credits are in the same currency. For all other currencies, ad credits in your dashboard show as USD.

It is possible to continue running an ad with existing ad credit, even if your Google Ads with Wix subscription has expired.

It is possible to earn $500 USD in ad credit directly from Google. Campaigns that spend $500 USD in the first 60 days are immediately eligible. In order to be eligible, you cannot have run a Google Ads campaign with your site before. Learn more about the ad credit offer.

Note: Since your ad budget is spent on clicks, you have a better chance of being eligible if you set your monthly subscription to at least $300 USD (around $10 per day). 

We recommend a monthly budget that is about 5% of your monthly business revenue. However, you can start as low as $150 USD a month.

Note: The amount set for total daily budget impacts the rate in which the ad credits are used. If the total daily budget is too high, the campaign will not have enough ad credits for the full month, and so the ad credit may run out earlier than expected.

You pay for your monthly Google Ads subscription to Wix in the currency of your choice. This is applied to your ad credits that are spent on clicks. If you pay for your subscription in an unsupported currency, your monthly subscription gets converted into US Dollar (USD) to pay Google for the ad credits you spent on clicks.

You can pause your campaign at any time. As soon as you pause, the following changes happen:

Note: Any Google Ads credits that have an expiry date may expire while the campaign is paused.

When you end a Google Ads with Wix campaign, you cannot restart it again. You can only see the past campaign data.

If you have remaining ad credits, they remain in your account until you launch a new campaign.
