Facebook Ads Request: Transferring a Campaign to Another Site

Currently in Facebook Ads, you cannot transfer an existing Facebook Ads campaign from one site to another. It is possible, however, to contact Wix and have our team transfer the campaign over.

If you want to transfer your campaign to another Wix site you can contact Wix Customer Care. Please specify in your request the old site name as well as the new site name where you want the campaign transferred. Also please note that you can only transfer a campaign once its current subscription has expired.

Note:

If a campaign is transferred, all its data will move from the old site to the new site. You will also need to cancel your monthly subscription from the old site and repurchase a Facebook Ads subscription for the new site.
