Business Phone Number: Viewing Your Blocked Numbers List

Your blocked numbers list keeps track of every number you've blocked from your Inbox. Once a number is blocked, the contact can't reach you by call or text message. If you change your mind you can unblock a number to remove it from the list.
Important:
Blocking a number is only available if you have purchased a business phone number. If you do not have a business phone number you can still report a message as spam.
Viewing Your Blocked Numbers List From the Dashboard
You can access your blocked numbers list as well as unblock numbers from the Settings tab in your site's dashboard.
To view your blocked numbers from the dashboard:
- Go to Settings in your site's dashboard.
- Click Business Phone Number in Communications.
- In the General tab, scroll down to Blocked Numbers and click View Numbers. You will see a list of all your blocked numbers.
- (Optional) To unblock a number:
- Hover over a number in the list and click Unblock.
- Click Unblock to confirm.
Viewing Your Blocked Numbers List From the Wix Owner App
View your blocked numbers list from the Wix Owner app. You can also unblock a number from the app. If you want to block a new number, you must do so from your Inbox.
To view your blocked numbers from the Wix Owner app:
- Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
- Tap Manage at the bottom right.
- Scroll down to Branding & Marketing and tap Business Phone Number.
- Tap Blocked Numbers in Line Settings. You will see a list of your blocked numbers.
- (Optional) To unblock a number:
- Tap the Show more icon
next to a number. - Tap Unblock.
- Tap the Show more icon
