Business Phone Number: Viewing Your Blocked Numbers List

Your blocked numbers list keeps track of every number you've blocked from your Inbox. Once a number is blocked, the contact can't reach you by call or text message. If you change your mind you can unblock a number to remove it from the list.
Important:
Blocking a number is only available if you have purchased a Business Phone Number. If you do not have a Business Phone Number, you can still report a message as spam.

To view your blocked numbers list:

  1. Go to Business Phone Number in your site's dashboard.
  2. Click the General tab.
  3. Scroll down to Blocked Numbers and click View Numbers to see a list of all your blocked numbers.

  1. (Optional) Unblock a number:
    1. Hover over a number in the list and click Unblock.
    2. Click Unblock to confirm.
