Business Phone Number: Managing Your Call Recordings

Set up call recordings to keep track of conversations between your customers and agents. Use your call recordings to train new call agents and track their progress. You can also reference your recordings to improve customer satisfaction.
Important:
Before activating this feature, it is your responsibility to make sure it complies with your local laws and regulations.
Note:
To have multiple call agents, you must have one of the following Business Phone Number plans:
  • Local / Toll-Free Plus
  • Local / Toll-Free Premiere

Setting Up Your Call Recordings

Record your business phone calls so you can reference important conversations with customers at anytime. 

Setting Up Recordings from Desktop

  1. Go to Business Phone Number in your site's dashboard to access your settings.
  2. Scroll down to Call Recording.
  3. Click the Enable Call Recording toggle to record all of your incoming calls.

Setting Up Recordings from the Mobile App

  1. Open the Wix mobile app.
  2. Tap Dashboard under the relevant place. 
  3. Tap the Manage tab.
  4. Scroll down to Branding & Marketing and tap Business Phone Number.
  5. Tap General under Line Settings.
  6. Tap Call Recording.
  7. Tap the Enable Call Recording toggle to record all of your incoming calls.

Listening to Your Call Recordings

Listen to call recordings to review conversations between your customers and agents.

Listening to Call Recordings from Desktop

  1. Go to Wix Inbox.
  2. Click the relevant chat conversation.
  3. Click the Play button

Listening to Call Recordings from the Mobile App

  1. Open the Wix mobile app.
  2. Tap the Inbox icon  from the bottom menu.
  3. Click the relevant chat conversation.
  4. Click the Play button .
