Business Phone Number: Managing Multiple Call Agents

Invite people to your team to become call agents so they can help manage your business. You can add multiple call agents, manage their permissions, schedule their call hours, and remove them at anytime.
Important:
To have multiple call agents, you must have the Plus or Premiere Business Phone Number plan.

To manage multiple call agents:

  1. Go to Business Phone Number in your site's dashboard.
  2. Click the Call Agents tab.
  3. Choose what you want to do:
Assign incoming calls to your agents:
Incoming business calls are routed to your Call Forwarding numbers. Learn how to assign agents to receive incoming calls.
