Ascend Plans Request: Changing to a Lower Subscription Cycle

Currently it is not possible to switch to a lower subscription cycle of your Ascend Plan (e.g. yearly Ascend Basic to monthly Ascend Basic).
As an alternative, you can turn off auto-renewal of your current plan and wait until your subscription expires. Once expired, you can repurchase the Ascend plan at a different subscription cycle. To learn how to turn off auto-renewal click here.
