Ascend by Wix: Canceling a Plan

You can cancel your Ascend plan at any time from the Subscriptions section of your Wix account.
Important:
If you cancel your Ascend plan within the first 14 days after initial purchase, the plan will be canceled and refunded immediately.
To cancel your Ascend plan:
- Go to Subscriptions in your Wix account.
- Click the Show More icon next to the plan you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel Ascend.
- Select Cancel auto renew.
- Enter the reason for cancelling your plan.
- Click Submit.
