Ascend Plans Request: Changing to a Lower Plan Tier

Currently it is not possible to downgrade your current Ascend plan to a different one once you've purchased it (e.g. Ascend Unlimited to Ascend Basic).
As an alternative, you can turn off auto-renewal of your current plan and wait until your subscription expires. Once expired, you can repurchase the Ascend plan at a lower tier. To learn how to turn off auto-renewal click here.
